📢 Job Opening: Customer Service Representative
We’re looking for a motivated individual with the following qualities:
- 🎓 Young professional (SMA graduate minimum)
- 🗣️ Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- 🇮🇩 Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker
- 🏍️ Own motorbike (fuel paid by company)
Your responsibilities will include:
- 👋 Greeting customers and providing service information
- 📅 Handling appointments both on-site and online (WhatsApp/email)
- 🛵 Managing passport pick-up/drop-off
- 📄 Submitting visa applications at immigration office
Skills and Qualifications We’re Looking For
Essential skills and qualifications:
- 😊 Strong customer service orientation: we love to help our customers and give them useful answers.
- 📊 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail: handling personal documents and information requires extreme attention and professional attitude.
- 📆 Familiarity with Google Calendar, Email, and WhatsApp for efficient communication: you will help organizing the day to our managers by communicating directly with them and managing their calendar.
- 📊 Basic knowledge of Excel (nice to have, but not required)
- 🌏 Understanding of visa regulations and immigration processes (training on the job during the probationary period)
- 🗺️ Good knowledge of Bali’s geography and local culture
- 🔄 Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- 🤝 Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity: most of our customers are foreigners and come from different cultures. this requires understanding and respect especially when dealing with problems.

Contract Terms:
- 🔍 First 2 months: Probationary period
- 📜 After probation: Regular annual contract
